France is hardly famed for its Curry, despite being a culinary epicenter Paris has a lack of Indian restaurants. Here we have a understated gem tucked away down a street in the Denfert neighborhood.
The food is good, well prepared and presented. There is a nice themed atmosphere although somewhat confusingly they were playing didgeridoo music when I visited.
The food wasn’t soaking in ghee or oil and the set menu we ordered from seemed to be freshly prepared. Perhaps we can forgive the slow rate of service because of this.
I didn’t order any Nepalese items so cant comment on those but the Indian dishes were very good.
The service was friendly and they had English translated menus as well as a waitor on point when making suggestions.
